Observation

WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed in the Stars room a bottle of lotion that says keep out of reach of children was stored on the counter by the sink and was accessible to children. This licensor also observed while onsite a bottle of clorine testers in the Stars room in the unlocked cabinet that says keep out of reach of children that was accessible to children. Both of these were removed and corrected while licensor was onsite. WAC 110-300-0260(1)(b) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed in the kitchen a sanitizing cleaning bottle was sitting next to food items and in the food preparation areas. This was corrected whlie licensor was onsite.
